Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Manager in the London area. Flexibility Responsibilities of a Lift Service Manager: Carry out regular site monitoring. Supervise a team of Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Efficiently plan engineer workloads Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team. Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints. Coordinate repair projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Efficiently plan engineer workloads Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. Conduct risk assessments and method statements Carry out regular site monitoring. Maintain credit control logs and CRM Key requirements: NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and safety regulations - Essential 5 years of Lift Industry experience - Desirable Management experience ndash; Essential Self-motivated, reliable, and organised Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either / both Passenger and Goods lifts.
