Senior site manager

I #39;m currently working with a residential developer, a key client of mine, in assisting them with recruiting of a Senior Site Manager for their major heritage residential scheme in SW London. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day activities on site and ensuring the programme is run to the planned programme and at high quality finish. You will be responsible for reporting into the Senior Project Manager, managing the sub-contractors on site, writing weekly reports and managing health and safety on site. The ideal candidate must have experience working for resi developers/main contractors with heritage experience desirable and have experience in managing a team of Site Managers and Assistant Managers here.
