Property Manager ndash; NW London ndash; cGBP40k We rsquo;re working with a very well established, medium sized Property Asset Management consultancy who oversee Blocks, LETs, Commercial, Investment and Development Property across the inner M25 with a particularly strong focus on London. Within their block management team, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows: * 1-3 years+ Leasehold management experience undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to major works consultation and oversight, in addition to the usual site visits, insurance provision and contractor management * Exposure to a wide range of blocks, from smaller RMC rsquo;s / conversions to larger freeholder blocks (new builds to a lesser extent) * Predominantly office based, with some home working offer post probation once settled * Highly experienced team to work amongst including in-house legal counsel for regulatory guidance * Best suited to a Property Manager with a preference for independent practice, although the team is quite large (over 30 property managers) so there is plenty of opportunity to climb the ladder * Office is based in NW London, so applicants will ideally live within sensible daily commuting range Salary for the successful Property Manager will start around GBP40k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and progression.
