Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities: As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance tasks for onsite electrical equipment. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Key Duties: * Provide exceptional mechanical engineering support to the production team, ensuring minimal downtime. * Execute planned maintenance duties with a proactive approach. * Respond promptly to breakdowns, maintain clear communication with relevant parties, and efficiently resolve issues. * Install machinery with precision. * Interpret advanced engineering drawings. * Maintain comprehensive documentation, logging all breakdowns and servicing work. * Working 4 on 4 off (days and nights) Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Desired Experience: * Strong mechanical knowledge ndash; Essential. * Experience with equipment such as: hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, flow wrappers, and robots * Bachelor #39;s degree or equivalent in a related field ndash; Essential. * Must be able to work on-call rota 1 in 3 Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Benefits: * Free parking on site * Life assurance from day one - 3 x salary * Company Pension scheme - 6% * Sick pay scheme * Maternity and paternity pay scheme * Christmas vouchers for you and your children * Long service awards This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a globally recognised manufacturing company.
