Requirements: middot;Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in site supervisor or general foreman roles. middot;Experience in 278 works is essential. The Role: As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day site management activities. Key responsibilities include: middot;Managing Health and Safety to ensure a safe working environment for all site staff. middot;Preparation and management of safety documentation, including WPP/TRBA. middot;Control and issuing of all permits to work. middot;Monitoring competencies on-site and maintaining necessary records. middot;Maintaining site diary, issuing works records, and recording extra works, including site measurements. middot;Preparation of progress reports and ensuring awareness of contract and programme requirements. middot;Proficiency in reading designs effectively and utilizing computer applications such as Word, Excel, and email in a professional manner.
