Job Description We’re setting out on a new journey to up-skill our Finance teams to be as good as they can be - join us on the journey-to-incredible! This role would really suit someone who’s a strong administrator and interested in learning more about the different functions of finance with the aim of development our teams. The role will support a drive on upskilling, DE I and wellbeing. The finance capability administrator will help keep our communications up-to-date, ensure our training material is uploaded and assigned correctly and generally support our people plans for finance. The role can be based hybrid-based across Europe out of the respective office. There is flexibility but would be required to spend time in the office to integrate with the local team. Overseeing the support and administration of key finance people pillar programs. Administration and ongoing development of the finance SharePoint site. Administration of finance training and Academy. Recording and publication of bespoke finance training.
