Responsibilities: Undertaking carpentry repairs for both occupied and void properties. As well as undertaking other minor works such as remedial plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling. Requirements: Full UK Driving licence held for at least 12 months Experience within Social housing and maintenance Salary Benefits: Salary: GBP33,500 per annum. company van and fuel card provided.
