Contracts manager

We are actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Contracts Manager with demonstrated experience in Responsive Repairs/Planned Works/Disrepair works/Damp Mould Works within the social housing sector. As the Contract Manager you will be required to simultaneously manage several projects across a wide range of contracts, your main driver will be to exceed clients rsquo; expectations and successfully lead the team you must be a natural collaborator, using diplomacy to influence key stakeholders. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee responsive repairs/Disrepair/planned work projects within the social housing sector, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards * Work closely with housing associations, local councils and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and client expectations * Build positive relationships with clients and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle * Develop and manage projects rsquo; budget, ensuring financial objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards * Implement and oversee quality compliance processes to ensure that planned maintenance works meet industry standards and client specifications * Collaborate with project teams and contractors to uphold quality benchmarks To be considered for the role you will require the following: * Strong knowledge and understanding of Nat Fed SOR #39;s * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in social housing, with a focus on planned works or planned maintenance and repair works * Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of working within social housing * Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing contractual agreements * Demonstrated success in delivering planned maintenance projects on time and within budget * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders * Flexibility to travel and work at multiple locations, on different projects If this seems like the role for you please get in touch with Callum and click #39;Apply
