Property Service Administrator St Austell - Cornwall Permanent GBP26460 A leading housing organisational in Cornwall are seeking a Property Services Administrator in Cornwall to join their team. This role will involve Tenant Liaison duties and supporting a busy team. Responsibilities will include: Arranging appointments with tenants to carry out energy surveys Reporting on Energy efficiency and updating spreadsheets on completion of works Post work visits will need to be taken to gather information on tenant satisfaction Raise purchase orders for the property team Assist the Energy Leads to produce documents and submit information to claim funding for energy works and maintain and update asset management information as required. Supporting the energy leads to make sure property records are updated accurately A background within Customer Service/Administration is essential and ideally within housing or property. Must have a good level of GCESs and ideally knowledge of Health Safety and the energy market. A DBS will need to be taken and you must have your own transport to visit properties from time to time.
