Qhse team leader

Are you a QHSE specialist? If so, our client is looking for a QHSE Team Leader, ideally with experience within the utilities sector, to work on a hybrid basis in Gloucestershire. Position ndash; QHSE Team Leader Contract - Permanent Salary - OTE GBP40,000 Location ndash; Gloucestershire (Hybrid) Benefits ndash; Company pension scheme, Private Medical Insurance, 25 days holiday (Increasing increments) Responsibilities ndash; QHSE Team Leader Support the continuous improvement of QHSE systems including ISO 45001 and 14001. Act as main QHSE point of contact in the absence of the Head of QHSE. Responsible for being the initial QHSE focal point for all incident, accident, and NCR investigations. Produce health and safety reports including KPI rsquo;s and monthly reports. Keep risk assessments up to date, working alongside the Head of QHSE. Supervise a small team to help with their development.
