Mechanical Operations Manager Are you looking for a mechanical manager role, working for a company involved in the UKs top projects! An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Operations Manager to join a market leading principal MEP contractor company working on local projects. Responsibilities: bull; Oversee management and site operations across 5-6 projects simultaneously bull; Collaborating with electrical operations manager part to ensure smooth running of project delivery bull; Delivering MEP installation services to new build sites worth GBP1m - GBP20m bull; Work with wider commercial teams within the business to help with maximising profitability bull; Ensure contracts are completed within timescales and budget bull; Ensure works are carried out safely and that reasonable and practical measures are taken to maintain the safety of all involved bull; Financial management of contracts, variations etc. bull; Manage competence and individual performance within the team bull; Develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeated business bull; Maintain company standards in terms of quality and time Requirements: bull; Minimum 10 years rsquo; experience in a contracting environment, 5 of which should be management level bull; Ability to prioritise workload to ensure the management process is optimised bull; Knowledge of HVAC systems in the high-rise sector bull; Strong communication skills both internal and external stakeholders bull; Experience of managing wider management teams bull; SMSTS and First Aid would be an advantage Benefits: bull; Salary GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 bull; Car Allowance bull; Incentivised bonus scheme bull; 36 days holiday bull; Enhanced pension contributions (up to 6% by company) bull; Private heath cover bull; Life cover insurance
