Manage people, vehicles and equipment to the best effect, prioritising the wellbeing of our employees and the service we provide to our customers and communities. Ensure compliance against Veolia minimum standards and support with assurance checks and improvement planning to enhance contract performance. Ensure the depot and collection operations are run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and address any areas of non compliance. Utilise date to improve operational performance. Manage monthly financial performance and set and present budgets. Deliver the contract against the required budgets and KPIs. Manage customer complaints effectively to support the reduction of escalations. Manage the performance of the contract, overseeing expenditure, staffing and resources. Maintain a compliant and well run fleet of vehicles. Challenge behaviour of site users if required and promote a safe working environment. Champion inclusion within the workplace. Ensure customer service KPIs are achieved. What we #39;re looking for; A strong leader, with previous experience managing a large team within the waste industry. Previous experience of managing financial performance and budgets. Fleet management experience and knowledge of compliance. IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH Effective delegation skills.
