IT Field Engineer - The Role The Field Engineer is required to have a wide range of knowledge, experience and skill to be able to tackle the various demands of the role, they are the 1st technical escalation point for hardware issues but are also required to deal with very technical software issues. The role requires strong communication skills due to working in customer premises. The candidate will be required to travel to customers in Weymouth and the surrounding area. IT Field Engineer - The skills you will need: * Supporting internal teams and knowledge sharing * Reacting quickly to escalations and communications from Service team * Managing your daily assigned workload effectively and efficiently * Resolving or progressing incidents * Maintain service delivery against Key Performance Indicators. * Strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting and problem solving * Knowledge of IT hardware and infrastructure. * Helpful and approachable attitude * Excellent time management skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills For this role you will need a Full UK driving license and this role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received.
