Lead quality assurance engineer

Job Role: Lead Quality Assurance Engineer Location: Weymouth Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday The Company offers a comprehensive, unrivalled capability across all precision engineering services to the aerospace, defence, and commercial sectors. This role will include: Support, implement and monitor all Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with AS9100 AS9102 as well as all required company, customer and regulatory ruling and processes Control MSE/Gauge R R of all inspection equipment Control of calibration and servicing of inspection equipment Managing of offline programming to support production/inspection measurement and NPI Projects Inspection team development and management of skills training, including training of shop staff on inspection tools techniques Support company Red Table/RCCA activities FAIR creation, control, sign-off and submittal Skills and experience required: Wide knowledge of product and processes used in the manufacture of aerospace parts and assemblies FAIR PPAP skills Knowledge of AS, ISO and NADCAP standards Champion / Lead continuous Improvement Familiar with the use/programming of relevant equipment, CMM #39;s, Faro Arms etc. (desirable) Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail Please do contact me for further details (phone number removed)
