Job description:

Rowland Talent Solutions are currently looking for a Senior Development Chemist/ Lead Development Chemist for a chemical adhesives company in the North west. As a Senior Development Chemist, you will lead on new product development and re-formulation development work on existing products. Duties include: Oversee development projects for customers, Development new products and manufacturing processes. Act as the technical expert for water-based adhesives. Work collaboratively with the commercial team, supply chain and manufacturing. Ideal candidates will have: A degree in chemistry and have experience in the development of adhesives and coatings.
