Senior Quantity Surveyor - Northwest House Builder** My client is a reputable housebuilding company operating primarily in the United Kingdom, with a strong presence in the Northwest region of England. Their Northwest division is a significant contributor to the region #39;s housing market, providing high-quality homes and fostering growth and development. **The Role** Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and controlling all site development costs and budgets.
