Building Control opportunity within an Approved Inspector covering sites in East Sussex Introduction We are currently working with an Approved Inspector who are looking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor / Senior Building Control Surveyor to join the group and cover a manageable number of sites In the East Sussex area.You will need: Experience working in Building Control covering residential projects. To be up to date with current building regulations and in the process of getting registered through the BSR. The ability to understand and evaluate architectural and Engineering drawings. Good communications skills to translate through to Clients and Colleagues Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be decisive when assessing projects. A full UK driving license Working conditions / environment: Flexible working with the option to work from home the vast majority of the time. Salary / Package: The Salary ranges from GBP50,000 - GBP65,000 + Car Allowance (value dependent on candidate experience) + 45p per mile + 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays + pension scheme.
