Associate building surveyor

A Building Surveyor is required to enhance the team at a multidisciplinary consultancy in their West Sussex office. The Building Surveyor #39;s role The role of the Building Surveyor includes managing a diverse range of projects valued between GBP100k and GBP5M, primarily within the education and healthcare sectors. You will play a crucial role in a collaborative team of 5 diverse consultants, overseeing projects across the regions adjacent to the M25. As the appointed Building Surveyor, you will engage in a broad spectrum of activities such as project management, contract administration, conducting comprehensive surveys, stock condition assessments, and implementing planned preventative maintenance programs. The successful Building Surveyor will have? MRICS qualified. A significant amount of experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a focus on project services. Previous experience working within the healthcare and education sectors is advantageous. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.In return?
