Job Title: Production Operative Location: Saint Helens Shifts: 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday OR 10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday Pay Rate: GBP11.50-GBP15 p/h (depending on shifts. roles and experience) ***Full time part time production operative roles available with immediate start*** Pay Structure - Production Operative Mornings (Monday-Friday 6am-2pm): GBP11.50 per hour (up to 37.5 hours); GBP13 per hour (after 37.5 hours). Will increase to up to GBP12.65/hour after 12 weeks. - Production Operative Afternoons(Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm): GBP12.15 per hour (up to 37.5 hours); GBP13 per hour (after 37.5 hours). Will increase to up to GBP13.30/hour after 12 weeks. - Production Operative Nights(Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am): GBP13.50 per hour (up to 37.5 hours); GBP15 per hour (after 37.5 hours). Will increase to up to GBP14.65/hour after 12 weeks. Production Operative Role Responsibilities; - Packing Hygiene products such as napkins, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, erc... to the required standards - Quality checking - Palletizing, wrapping finished goods - Labelling - Responsible for a part of production process - Compliance with all policies and procedures - Ensuring production is completed to the highest standards The Successful Candidate; The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and hard working.
