IT Desktop Support - London City Law Firm - Office based - 30 - 40k + Bonus scheme + Excellent Benefits Law firm in the city of London have a fantastic opening for a First Line/Desktop Support specialist, ideally with previous experience of working within a Law firm, Legal MSP or in a Professional services environment. This is a user facing, office based role. The role As the on-site, first line support engineer you will be responsible for providing support for all IT issues which require an on-site/hands on presence to provide the resolution required. You will be working with a variety of users to resolve or when required escalate their technical issues to the 3rd party support company in a prompt and professional manner. Whilst based in the London office it may be necessary, on occasion and with prior notice, to undertake visits to the firm s Paris or Gibraltar offices. Technical experience Ideally, you will possess Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications along with peripherals. Experience in Microsoft 365 applications. Experience in supporting Mobile devices. Active Directory Administration. Prior experience of standard Legal Apps would be extremely desirable for example: - Bighand Citrix DMS (iManage / NetDocuments) Office PMS knowledge.
