Responsibilities #xF0B7;Maintain and secure our hardware which includes switches, routers, firewall, AV and communications platforms etc. #xF0B7;Support and develop our virtual and physical server/desktop infrastructure, apps and communication platforms. #xF0B7;Application OS patching maintenance, driver software updates #xF0B7;Run regular audits, monitor, and secure our network and devices. #xF0B7;Facilitate desk moves, office relocation and project office support. #xF0B7;Manage and maintain infrastructure in our Cloud, Datacentre and remote studios. #xF0B7;Guiding the helpdesk as needed and fill the helpdesk void in times of reduced capacity. #xF0B7;Provide second/third line support to 260+ users.
