Quality and compliance manager

Quality and Compliance Manager - Global Organisation - King rsquo;s Lynn Office - up to GBP40k Our client, a global company with offices in King rsquo;s Lynn, who is a trailblazer in their field of expertise, is looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team. The Quality and Compliance Manager will provide support for the company rsquo;s internal management systems and product quality requirements, reporting to the King rsquo;s Lynn site rsquo;s General Manager and the company rsquo;s Process Manager. We are looking for some with working knowledge of QA systems and practices, ideally with experience gained in a manufacturing industry, preferably within the FMCG market. Key responsibilities as the Quality and Compliance Manager will include: * Monitoring and assessing quality standards of manufactured materials * Managing the site complaint investigations to establish root cause of issues and corrective, preventative actions * Assessing and monitoring the physical site standards in relation to the appropriate industry standards * Participating in Continual Improvement activities * Developing and maintaining systems for the approval of suppliers and obtaining the necessary information for regulatory affairs, legal and technical data * Communicating with clients, suppliers and internal teams on the activities relating to industry compliance and regulatory affairs What we rsquo;re looking for: * Previous experience in a similar Quality and Compliance role * Experience gained in a manufacturing industry is highly beneficial, preferably within the FMCG market * Skills and working knowledge of QA systems and practices * Skilled in conducting audits of both manufacturing practices and business systems * Sound knowledge of H S, environmental and ethical requirements and business practices * Highly organised * Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels * Ability to take responsibility for Q A * A thorough and meticulous nature with an eye for accuracy What rsquo;s on offer?
