Job Title: Deputy Manager Setting: 3 bedded residential service for Children and Young People 8-18 with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Disorder) Location: Redbridge Skills: Level 3 children Children in Residential Care or Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children #39;s Services Salary: GBP35,000 per annum depending on experience Our client already holds a huge presence in the children #39;s residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in children with complex support needs such as emotional behaviours disorder and challenging behaviour. They currently have one home and looking to open another Summer 2024. They are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who is currently working as a Deputy Manager for a Children #39;s Ofsted home in either EBD or LD.
