Position: Fleet Administrator Location: Barnstaple Salary: GBP 24,000 : GBP 26,000 Hours: Monday to Friday Job Purpose of the Fleet Administrator This key role will sit within the Fleet Management team at the BarnstapleOffice supporting the team withall breakdowns and fleet administration. It would be beneficial to have strong knowledge of breakdown practices across the vendor network. TheFleetAdministratorrolewill involve interaction with suppliers and customers. Main duties and responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator Booking mobile technicians where appropriate : Following up on all breakdowns : Maintenance and repair input into the FM system : Input of tyre information into the FM system : Handing inbound calls relating to HGV breakdowns : Supporting wider teams with : Call handling and Fleet maintenance bookings and administration : Updating on VOR time : Joining a team of other Fleet Maintenance Support Advisors Fleet Administratorexperience/skills required - Customer Service experience gained within a telephone based role : Previous fleet Administratorexperience would be highly beneficial : Strong IT skills : internal systems, Microsoft excel, outlook etc : Any fleet / HGV experience or knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector would be beneficial If this Fleet Administratorposition is of interest to you please apply to this advert with an updated copy of your CV or call Will at Kemp on 440 INDMP
