Health and Safety Administrator Location: Barnstaple, Devon Salary: up to GBP25,500 per annum Type: Full-timeDovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Devon. Main Duties Support H S, conduct risk assessments, manage First Aid and Fire Safety budgets. Maintain online system, provide regular reports to management. Manage register, schedule induction meetings, provide compliance reports. Maintain emergency plan, review logs, assist with fire control tasks. Monitor and report on evacuation plans. Manage process and compliance reports. Maintain COSHH templates, review control measures. PAT Testing, Audit records, manage testing equipment, test facilities. Maintain Defibrillators records and perform checks. Maintain register, conduct inspections, follow up on non-compliance. Requirements Great Administration skills Health Safety Training Knowledge of Health Safety legislation and implementation in workplace NEBOSH / NCRQ Certificate in Health Safety Full and clean driving licence (with own vehicle) Able to pass a DBS check Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure If this role is of interest, please send your CV through to James Grace at Dovetail Slate Because education matters.
