Project assistant

Successful, prestigious financial services company is looking for a candidate to work 2 days a week from the office in Alton as part of the Project team, this is a contract role for 6 months. Days and Times ndash; 2 days a week, 9-5pm Salary GBP21-22k (full time equivalent, pro rota for part time (GBP11.53-GBP12.08 per hour) Job Description: Project Assistant Our client is in search of a project assistant who will work closely with the project and Operations team to ensure success execution of instructions. Reporting to the Operation Director, you will track progress, manage workload and maintain transparent communication channels. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changes. They need to be able to work well on their own and part of a wider team. Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with the project and Operation team to support the novation process for the business * Coordinate with external companies to ensure prompt completion of instructions. * Provide regular progress updates to the Operation Director and other Project leads. * Efficiently manage workload to meet project deadlines. * Demonstrate effective communication skills and adeptness in team collaboration. * Uphold high standard of organisation, attention to deal and adaptability
