Electrical Quantity Surveyor Location: Essex/London About the Company Our client is a leading Mechanical and Electrical M E Subcontractor based in Essex/London, specializing in delivering high-quality services for Commercial Office Fit-outs, Infrastructure, and refurbishment projects. With a strong focus on innovation and client satisfaction, they have established themselves as a trusted partner in the construction industry. Founded over 50 years ago my client has built relationships with some of the UK rsquo;s leading main contractors and Blue-chip companies, which has led to a health order book for 2024 and are now looking to add an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to their team. About the role My client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our client #39;s team. This role involves overseeing the financial aspects of electrical contracts, preparing detailed cost reports, and collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects across Essex and London. As an Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: bull; Financially managing Electrical contracts bull; Managing and preparing monthly cost report bull; Analyse of budgets and estimating changes where necessary bull; Carrying out valuations and submitting applications to the client bull; Producing Monthly Valuations for current Projects. bull; Preparation of Variation Quotations for Projects. bull; Preparation and presentation of Monthly Cost Reports bull; Attending Client and Site meetings. Requirements: * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Electrical Quantity Surveying * ONC, HNC, BSc, or similar qualification in Quantity Surveying * Strong working knowledge of Commercial Office Fit-outs, Infrastructure, and refurbishment projects * Proficiency in financial management, budget analysis, and cost estimation * Ability to prepare monthly valuations and variation quotations. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to attend client and site meetings. * Willingness to travel between Essex and London locations as required.
