Role: Maintenance Engineer (Automation Engineer) Shift: Mon-Fri, 3-Shift Week 1: 6am-2pm (x2) Week 2: 2pm-10pm Week 3: 10pm-6pm Salary: GBP52,200 Location: Basildon The Company Would you like to work for one of the largest, most stable companies in the world? The Role As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working on highly automated conveyors, sorters, PLCs etc. Reactive and PPM maintenance on all of the automated equipment on-site Fault finding on the newest PLCs Working electrically with single and three phase kit, sensors, isolators, proximities, e-stops, etc. Replacing mechanical components like-for-like such as bearings, belts, rollers, gearboxes, chains, shafts etc. About You The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have the following: A recognised engineering qualification Experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer and with PLCs Specific PLC experience A sound understanding of key mechanical and/or electrical components Company Benefits The company also discloses numerous benefits for the role of Maintenance Engineer which include: A healthy company contribution towards your pension 25 shifts holiday allowance The opportunity to gain experience in a growing industry A dedicated budget assigned to offer you personalised training ATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
