We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join their pioneering team as Shift Engineers at their state-of-the-art facility. Why This Role? * Operate at the forefront of waste recycling, in a globally unique facility. * Join a close-knit team, integral to the project #39;s inception and continuous development. * Engage with heavy plant machinery and advanced electronic control systems. Key Responsibilities: * Contribute to the design and execution of a proactive maintenance program. * Swiftly identify and rectify electrical, electronic, and control system faults. * Maintain detailed records of servicing and maintenance activities. * Propose enhancements for system safety and efficiency. Person Specification: * Effective workload planning and management across shifts. * Excellent communication skills for efficient shift handovers and collaboration. * A keen willingness to learn and adapt. * Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. * Proficient in interpreting drawings and schematics. * Proven experience in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
