Interior designer

This creative and vibrant Interior Design Consultancy work with both private high-end residential and commercial clients, offering a bespoke service covering interior architecture, design, styling and furnishing. Increasingly busy with lots of exciting new projects starting they are looking for an Interior Designer to join their team. Ideally at a mid-weight level with strong project management and detailing skills. You will be responsible for working from concept to completion, creating joinery packages, lighting and general arrangement plans and detailed layouts. You will also be carrying out site surveys and coordinating throughout the project design process. Skills and Experience expected from the Interior Designer: * Minimum of 3 years rsquo; experience working on residential projects * VectorWorks proficiency essential * The ability to produce working drawings for construction * Good communication and organisation skills * Self-motivated and proactive * Budgeting and procurement knowledge would be helpful * Happy to handle and assist with presenting to clients Although they are based near the train station, they would prefer the candidate to have their own car for the occasional visit to clients, suppliers and their warehouse. Salary on offer is likely to be between GBP32k and GBP38k
