As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in Key Stage 1 during teacher absence. You will supervise classes, ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed and maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere. The successful Cover Supervisor will have: Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different Key Stage 1 classes.
