The school is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant/LSA to join their team! You will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with classroom teachers to implement individualized learning plans, offering one-to-one and small-group assistance to help students overcome challenges and achieve academic success. For the right Learning Support Assistant/LSA, the role can either be long-term or day-to-day. The successful Learning Support Assistant/LSA will have: Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Flexibility, patience, and resilience in addressing diverse learning needs. Experience working in a school setting or with children is desirable but not essential.
