Quantity Surveyor - Retail Fit Out The Role: We are looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor with retail fit out experience to work with global construction specialist. They work on multiple projects ranging between GBP500k - GBP100m. This Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the delivery and governance of commercial projects across multi-location contracts. The Responsibility: * Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to continuously improve the customer experience and support future repeat and negotiated business. * Be aware of element costings and costs/ft2. * To assist in managing all cost control aspects of the project(s), ensuring the use of appropriate cost, reporting systems. * Confirm project insurance arrangements. * Prepare and monitor Bid Package Tender Schedule. * Manage the change process in conjunction with the extended team. * Close out financial account and retention releases * Prepare final account reconciliation (CVR), create regular budget and price updates, update computerised cost control system and prepare the monthly cost and progress report for Interior directors responsible.
