Relevant operational experience within the Energy sector is required with a strong understanding of business process outsourced management. Key duties for the Operations Manager includes: Managing the delivery of the operations teams and managing on boarding of new customers and new service lines. Delivering excellent standard of customer services for each client. Providing performance statistics on a weekly basis. Review the activities of the department and establish a framework to review working practice. Manage operational relationships with clients and support the presales and sales processes. Core skills experience for this Operations Manager role includes: Excellent operations experience within the energy sector Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams.
