Position: Residential Registered Care Home Manager Location: North Finchley, Barnet Location Registration: Elderly / Dementia Care Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 Salary: Up to GBP40,000 per annum Our client is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Registered Care Home Manager to join their team in North Finchley, LB Barnet. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a reputable care home registered for elderly and dementia care services. Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home in accordance with CQC regulations and standards. - Oversee the care delivery to service users, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life. - Lead and support the staff team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering high-quality care. - Collaborate with the service provider and stakeholders to promote a positive and caring environment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and service delivery. Qualifications and Experience Required: - NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF completed. - Proven experience as a registered manager or in a senior role within a residential care setting. - Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation. - Experience in elderly and dementia care.
