Someone who is reactive and can #39;hit the ground running #39; arranging and organising engineers for emergency call outs and planned maintenance. You #39;ll be the central pin to a smooth and responsive service...from despatching Engineers to ensuring your customers are kept fully informed of fault resolution progress.
