We are looking for a Customer Service Exec to help support our continued growth and bolster our busy CS department. Role purpose * To process customer orders * Ensure that the correct finance documents are in place ensuring that the customer receives the correct the vehicle * Ensure that customer queries are resolved in line with service level agreements * Taking a proactive approach to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible to the customer rsquo;s satisfaction. * Consistently monitoring the funder systems and promptly responding to ensure there are no unnecessary delays, including maintaining regular contact with the dealership throughout the sales process Who we are looking for * Resilience - the ability to work well under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work * An openness to embrace change adaptable: a positive mindset and attitude to adjust to changes to ensure continuous improvement. * A willingness to learn with a desire to acquire new knowledge and develop skills. * IT literacy is essential
