Electrical Projects PM / Contracts Manager - Electrical (Small Works / FM) Location: Nottingham My client is a leading M E facilities contractor specialising in Electrical services for Commercial and Industrial clients across the East Midlands. Our dedicated team excels in Fault Finding, Installations, and Reactive Works (PPM ndash; Emergency Lighting) for diverse sectors including Commercial, Distribution Centres, Schools, Local Authorities, and the NHS. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Projects Engineer (Contracts Manager) to join our Electrical division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, overseeing budgets, liaising with engineers, ordering parts/plant, and providing accurate quotations for works. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: * Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. * Effectively manage budgets to ensure projects are financially viable. Team Collaboration: * Supervise and collaborate with engineers, providing guidance and support throughout projects. * Foster a positive working environment to enhance team performance. Procurement: * Order necessary parts and plant equipment, coordinating timely delivery to project sites. * Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness Quoting and Estimation: * Provide accurate and competitive quotations for works. * Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed project estimates. Qualifications and Skills: * JIB Approved. * Background in Facilities Management (FM) and Small Works. * Proven experience in Electrical installations and Fault Finding. Benefits: * Competitive Salary: Around GBP45,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate). * Annual Company Bonus: 8-10% of the employee rsquo;s salary, paid at the director #39;s discretion. * Company Car or Car Allowance. * Generous Holiday Package: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
