Job Title: Senior Site Manager Company: Leading international main contractor Location: Stanmore, North West London Project: New build education projects (two schools: GBP40m and GBP50m) Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the construction activities on-site for the new build schools. * Ensure that the projects are delivered within budget, schedule, and quality standards. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. * Report progress, issues, and concerns to the Project Manager. * Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers. * Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
