Multi-Modal Project Coordinator - Harrow, London - Up to GBP35,000 Job Type: Full Time Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 Preferred Work Experience to Include Several of the Following: Project Freight Forwarding Air Freight International Road Freight Sea Freight Customs Documents Incoterms Import Export Job Responsibilities Objectives: Assess and determine order of priorities on a daily basis with regards to workload Prepare shipping documents Issue quotations Handle queries Client visits when required Ensure clients timetables are achieved Booking relevant transports from global locations Cross checking suppliers paperwork Prepare and Send pre-alerts Ensure all job files are completed in accordance with QA and project requirements Check and confirm shipment arrivals to destinationWR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
