Site Manager for New Build Steel Frame Shed in Waterlooville (PO7) Company: We are a leading construction company with a robust portfolio of projects across the UK. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a GBP3.5m new build Steel Frame Shed project in Waterlooville, close to Portsmouth. Position: Site Manager Location: Waterlooville (PO7), close to Portsmouth Project Overview: The project entails managing all aspects of a new build Steel Frame Shed, encompassing groundworks, drainage, steel frame erection, brickwork, and internal works. Responsibilities: * Act on behalf of the main contractor to oversee all subcontractors on site. * Ensure compliance with RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements), site inductions, and permits. * Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. * Maintain high standards of health and safety on site. * Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Requirements: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. * CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card. * First Aid certification. * Proven experience in site management, preferably in similar projects. * Strong organisational and leadership skills.
