As the successful candidate you will be joining a growing team of 30 people that work hard but pride themselves on creating a true family feel. This is an opportunity to take up the role of Bookkeeper in a company that are on a mission to grow and develop and ensure their clients have a first-class service. Main responsibilities of a Bookkeeper Maintain electronic filing of reports and records. Reconcile all ledgers Reconcile control accounts. Calculate and submit VAT returns. Calculate and submit CIS returns. Post journals e.g., PAYE, VAT, pension Resolve and reconcile bookkeeping queries. Provide excellent client care both on the phone and in personWhat does it take to be a successful Bookkeeper? Previous experience in an accountancy practice environment Confident using Excel. Be personable and a confident communicator. Be a good team player and willing to help others.What #39;s in it for you? Starting salary of GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum DOE.
