Urgent driver warehouse

We are urgently looking to recruit a 3.5 ton Multi Drop Driver with Warehouse Experience within the Southampton area. This company is an amazing Nationwide company with fantastic oppertunites and prospects for the right candidate. * A Full and Clean UK driving license with no more than a maximum of 3 points. * 3.5 ton Multi Drop driver experience in the following areas: Southampton and surounding areas. . * Warehouse experience is essential * Loading of 3.5 ton vehicle, protecting and strapping of goods * Ideally aged 25yrs+ but may consider 21yrs olds for insurance purposes * Will need to be very fit and healthy as heavy lifting is required. Day-to-day tasks As a 3.5 ton Multi Drop Driver, you will: * Collect goods from a depot, warehouse or pick-up point * Plan the route (Allowing for 3.5 ton van access) * Load the vehicle (3.5 ton open back van - heavy lifting required up to 25kg) in an order that matches the delivery route you #39;ll take * Contact customers en route and update tracking systems * Make deliveries, hand over invoices and get customer signatures * Record mileage, and fuel that you buy * Update delivery records * Return undelivered items Additional info for 3.5 Ton Multi-drop Driver: Hours are from 7:30am to 5:00pm including a break of between 30-60 minutes for lunch Monday - Friday. Paying GBP12 per hour (Working a 42.5 hour Week) any additional hours will be paid at time and a half (GBP16.50 per hour) Call outs are paid up to GBP100 per call out Please be advised that if you are not out on the road doing (3.5 ton Multi -Drop Driving) then you will be in the Warehouse. Temp to ongoing position with the view to permanent for the sucessful 3.5 ton Multi-drop Driver candidate.
