Residential Architectural Technician GBP45000 to GBP50,000 Pontefract My client is on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Technical Co-ordinator with Residential/ house builder experience. This role has become available due to growth, and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to progress and develop. Duties * Standard house pack designs * Take site layout plans to technical working drawings. * Produce standard library details from scratch. * Co-ordinate designs with external engineering consultants * Check, overlay and approve sub-contractor designs. * Set up architectural standard process and procedure. * Set up drawing issue and track drawing issues. * Offer site support with architectural drawing works. Requirements: * CSCS card qualification. * Experience working within a technical role at a residential house builder. * Use of online drawing management systems. * Use of Revit. * Continued professional development and keeping up to date with changes within the industry. * Ability to assess architectural drawings to identify build risks and opportunities.
