HSE Advisor WB Power Services are currently recruiting for an HSE Advisor to work in our head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a superb opportunity for an HSE Advisor to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated HSE Advisor to support the business through these exciting times. The Role bull; Provide guidance and support to the business in all areas of health, safety Environmental. bull; Supporting the drive and increased engagement and interaction across the business. bull; Work to continuously improve standards. bull; The production, review, and update of RAMS. bull; Carry out and record regular audit inspections to check compliance with policies. bull; Proposing necessary changes to working practices. bull; Administration of company training records and arrangement of training prior to expiry. bull; Administration of customer safety passport training portals. bull; Conduct company inductions ensuring new starters are fully informed regarding HSE. bull; Monitor waste transfer management ensuring customers rsquo; needs are met. bull; Promote health and safety within the workplace. The Person bull; NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is essential. bull; Demonstrable experience ideally within a health and safety environment. bull; Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email. bull; Competent in Microsoft applications. bull; Experience working in a fast-paced environment. bull; Resilient and tenacious in approach to work.
