Residential conveyancer

Sue Ross Legal are supporting an established Sheffield law firm who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team. The successful candidate should be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases; freeholds and leaseholds; remortgages; transfers of equity and Help to Buy funded transactions. Commercial Property experience would be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and friendly firm with a strong commitment to a healthy work/life balance. The office is based on the outskirts of Sheffield, however flexible hours, and hybrid working are available for the suitable candidate. Essential Skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A proven track record of providing excellent levels of client care. * Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. * Comprehensive knowledge of current AML requirements. * Strong leadership skills and qualities, and a keen eye for detail. * Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills. Desirable: * A following of clients and referral contacts would be advantageous. Experience: * Conveyancing: Minimum 3 years (required).
