These roles are to cover various locations on various dates for the festive season and the run up to it. Needs to be the first point of contact and the first impression of the company. Duties: Answering the phones and transferring calls Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional way Show visitors to their meeting rooms Offer refreshments Tidy meeting rooms after meetings and before the next meeting Help set up VC equipment Order catering Booking meeting rooms General admin to help the back office Admin team when needed Distribute post and parcels Liaise with the ground floor Reception team Skills: Excellent Customer Service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office packages
