Dental receptionist

An exquisite private dental practice in North West London, seeks to employ a full-time Dental Receptioniist to join their friendly dental team. In your position on reception you will be responsible for overseeing all front of house duties and to provide excellent patient care. This is a full time role - Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: bull; Meet and greet the patients. bull; Ensure diary is managed efficiently. bull; Receive calls and in person enquiries for new patients and treatment enquiries and convert the into appointments. bull; Ensure patient information and data is kept confidential. bull; Support and liaise with team members. bull; Ensure all tasks are completed such as payments, follow ups and encouraging testimonials. bull; Liaise closely with reception to ensure maximum efficiency within surgeries. bull; Work closely with dentists in a professional and appropriate manner. bull; Ensure use of checklists provided which clearly outline a schedule of daily and weekly tasks are completed and report to practice manager. Requirements: bull; Experience 1-2 years working in a dental practice. bull; Ability to use IT and operate a computer based system. Ideally SOE (software of excellence) bull; Must be proactive and enthusiastic about the role
