Salary Up to £23,269 Experience Location Manchester Department Mi Finance Job Reference 34-23 Closing Date Fri, 15 Dec 2023 Job Title: Financial Services Administrator (Maternity Cover) Salary: Up to £23,269 Benefits: Hybrid Working | Pension | Medical Cash Plan | Life Assurance | Discounted Gym Membership and more About the Role Assist with increasing the sales and profit within the Nimans Mi Finance Leasing team. Please note that this is a temporary role of approximately 7 months to cover maternity. Key Responsibilities Assist with increasing the sales and profit within the Mi Finance Services team. Answer inbound enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner. Check documentation ensuring compliance with funders’ requirements. Ensure all documentation is correct and chase outstanding paperwork. Process credit applications for leasing. Run credit reports and analyse them to determine if customer is credit worthy. Working out rates for customers from different rate cards. Deal effectively and efficiently with proposals and enquiries from customers. Advising and working out rates and terms for dealers (capital and payments). Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and check dealers documentation. Liaising with Funders and Resellers where necessary. Complete leasing secondary rental invoices – end of lease, ensuring payments are made. Preparing and sending letters regarding end of term, working out costs of title goods. Any other duties as required for the role. What you will bring to the role Exceptional attention to detail. Confident with a positive attitude. Adaptable to change. PC literature in all Microsoft packages, specifically Excel is essential Experience within the Telecoms or IT sector would be an advantage.
