It technician 2nd line support

Role: IT Technician 2nd line support Location: Greater Manchester Rate: £16 per hour Type: Temporary Eden Brown are currently recruiting a skilled and highly motivated IT technician on behalf of a leading further Education College in Greater Manchester. The purpose of the role is to provide 2nd line IT support to both staff and students, diagnose hardware or software issues for Windows and server environments and configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer desktops, laptops, mobile phones and Avaya equipment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate skills in most of the following: Windows Server administration 2012/16 including Active Directory Microsoft Hyper V environment Windows Desktop OS Cisco switch infrastructure Meraki wireless network infrastructure Salto Access Systems Networking Avaya VOIP Telephone System Microsoft Office 365\SharePoint A DBS is also needed for this role.
